So, this morning I read a brief summary of the Colonel Harland Sanders who invented the original recipe for the infamous Kentucky Fried Chicken. I so loved and related to his story.

At the age of 58 years, doors are finally opening. I have faced the most adverse times emotionally, physically and within my career. Then after knocking on doors for more than 50 years they are opening far and wide.
If the likes of me and the Colonel can struggle for a lifetime then I am damn sure that you and most on this planet can.
This morning I am having an Interview to be named the most Innovative and a top business woman leader in my field of 2025 in a well-known publication. I actually cried when I read the invitation message. To have validation and acknowledgement for my life is deep in my heart. The depths of suffering that I have endured are nearly too much to verbalise and my life’s goal and purpose is to inspire and lift others to raise a vibration.
Applied theatre is an umbrella term to evoke and bring around societal change – as soon as I heard this and sorry but I cannot find the reference source (for those in academia), but as soon as I read that quote in my BA I knew that was what I wanted to do.
So I ask everyone to raise your faith – go forward without fear as fear automatically lowers your vibration –
And please don’t forget to add laughter and humour to your day.
Blessings
