First day at the borders

Wonderful day!!!

There was a local school visiting the centre where volunteers get together to plan, help get supplies and get fed

So how wonderful that I could practice my first workshop on some local youngsters and they even created a playlist from them to the youths in the camps (some children in Hythe also gave me songs for them and they also want to send drawings) in fact one dedicated song is Double Dutch Bus and if you work with children it is brilliant

I will keep you posted as I am here for 2 months

Lots of experience, lots of gained wisdom and insight and I can report back with a hands on account of what is happening at the borders and challenges faced at this prevailing economic and political situation

Blessings

At 52 years young - I escaped and started a wonderful latter life of pot noodles and student living- I then did a gap year in Mexico and where we canoed the Hudson River in make-shift canoes and then onto a Masters in Applied Theatre and Education and then starting a brilliant career of Inspiring others. Working with migrants at the Northern borders of France, working on a Hollywood movie and overcoming a really difficult life to living a life of purpose and care.
